Interiors August 31, 2009

I wanted to share with you the interiors of Zorka’s house, which I built myself. So, here are the pictures:

This is the front porch of the house. Since this was the first house I ever built I wasn’t experienced with building and decor.

This is the kitchen and dining area of the house where most eventful things happened and will continue to happen. Those paintings were not there before but thanks to Zorka’s hard work, she successfully stole some paintings which I mounted on the wall.

This is Zorka’s bedroom. It is all chocolate-y because I love this colour in bedrooms.

This was a spare room which I later turned into the kids’ room. It has almost everything a growing child needs. Please pardon my poor decoration skills. I assure you I have gotten much better since.

This is sort of a gym room, with the added bonus of a chess table – for working the muscles of one’s head, I guess. It also has a good music player… plus a dollhouse!
(No, not that brilliant sci-fi show by Joss Whedon.)

And this is the study room where the household members simply stay glued to the computer. Nobody ever bothers to read  a book or paint. Meh!

“Hey! I want hot dogs!”

This is Mysterious Mr. Gnome that Zorka stole from someone else’s garden. True to his name, Mysterious Mr. Gnome can somehow move around the house on his own and can be found in various positions and at different locations every once in a while. In this picture, he is probably very hungry.

Denise Snoor August 30, 2009

The stork brought Zorka a cute little baby girl called Denise. Although very cute, she was also very annoying. Unfortunately, I completely forgot to take screenshots of her as a newborn. It wasn’t until her first birthday that I finally remembered to click photos.

Denise grew up into a bald and beautiful toddler. *snicker* I wonder why Susie is facing away from Denise, though.

New Friend: Susie Broke August 27, 2009

Between dealing with divorce and accidental pregnancy, Zorka was feeling quite lonely. Sensing her isolation, the Sim Gods smiled down upon her with blessings for a new friend.

Meeting Susie Broke

With the Sim Gods’ blessings, Zorka met Susie Broke on one of her visits to the hospital for pre-natal care and medical advice. They took an instant liking to each other and struck up a friendship.

"Is it a boy or a girl?"

Here’s Susie feeling Zorka’s tummy. Zorka really appreciated her because for the first time she had a real friend besides her co-workers and Don.

Cade Silver August 19, 2009

Hello everybody, meet Cade Silver. Cade is a male teen sim created by Yumiki long ago while exploring the catacombs… er… the CAS.

Yumiki would like to describe Cade as a good-looking, pop-punk boy next door… or next block… whatever. Personally, I enjoyed playing with him on my short vacation. More on that later but let’s just say that he somehow fits into a family of artists, rockers and tinkering geeks.
